Abstract

In order to implement the technology of using the Publish or Perish system for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical research, a special course "Using the Publish or Perish program for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical activities" has been developed, which consists of two modules: 1. "Publish or Perish: advantages and disadvantages of this phenomena Indicators obtained with the help of the Publish or Perish program" and 2. "Application of the Publish or Perish service for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical activities." The special course contains: content training modules, instructional and methodical materials, web resources, monographs, manuals, scientific articles, online lectures, presentations, etc. The special course can be used for scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers, graduate students and doctoral students. Its content is defined in the sequence of gradual, high-quality and complete exposition of the material. The special course is designed for conducting a general educational module: in the system of improving the qualifications of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers, in teaching disciplines in the field of ICT application in education for master's students of pedagogical specialties. The presented Special Course includes: I. Explanatory note. II. Calendar and thematic planning. III. Content of the special course. IV. Assessment of students' educational achievements. V. List of recommended sources.
