Abstract

The transformation of school education management was considered as the priority direction of the development in the European and North American educational spaces. The guidelines for the direction of management development in general secondary education in the direction of the further democratization, the main areas of activity and the current tools for the further implementation of transformations in the sphere have been revealed.
