Abstract

The effects of globalization and deglobalization factors on the management of education in the countries of the modern world are clarified. The historical and geographical prerequisites that are deglobalizing and have powerful traditional influences on educational management, and globalization influences that stimulate the improvement of management systems for the challenges of modernity are considered. It is summarized that the effects of globalization and deglobalization are factors of influence on existing educational management systems and encourage their further development improve.
