Abstract

Introduction. The project culture development of pedagogical staff of vocational education institutions is aimed at increasing the indicators of intellectual growth of the state and achieving the well-being of public life in the wartime and post-war periods. Methods. Analysis of scientific works, legislative acts and regulatory documents, induction and deduction, systematization and generalization were used. Purpose. The article aims to justify the development of the project culture of the teaching staff of vocational education institutions. Results. The article analyses the importance of project culture development of pedagogical staff of vocational education institutions, taking into account the current state of the vocational education system and the prospects for its development by social realities. It is found that the development of the project culture of pedagogical staff will contribute to the implementation of educational reforms with the attraction of investments aimed at the development of innovative educational reforms and research projects. The project culture development of pedagogical staff of vocational education institutions is a purposeful process of their conscious professional development, which involves effective transformational activities for the implementation of educational and production innovations by the needs of the personality of the pedagogical staff, the education applicant, the vocational education institution, cultural characteristics and economic problems. Originality. The development features of pedagogical staff project culture of vocational education institutions are determined by the principles of cultural relevance and the implication of different cultures in the field of pedagogical activity. Conclusion. Development features of pedagogical staff project culture of vocational education institutions: awareness and multiplication of the results of project activities of the moral and value system and moral culture of society; interdependence and creative and innovative mutual enrichment of project culture with pedagogical culture; planning and implementation of self-educational activities in introverted and extroverted pedagogical systems; designing the content of vocational education to ensure quality vocational training of future specialists; expanding the range of professional roles in the process of designing and implementing innovative pedagogical technologies; reflection on the results of project activities and forecasting ways of self-improvement for the effective implementation of innovative project activities in the system of vocational education.
