Abstract

The article deals with organizational-legal principles in Poland on providing help to people in case of sudden threat for their health and lives caused by emergency situations. It describes the function of national fire-rescue departments system which provides qualified first aid to victims. Constant improving of practical skills, perfection of first aid methods and proper resources provision guarantee successful completion of medical emergency tasks by national system of firerescue departments of Poland is.
