Abstract

At the current stage of society's development, one of the main priorities in the activities of socialization institutes is the formation of social competence. Social skills allow a person to satisfy his needs, develop opportunities and abilities and interact with other members of society, social microgroups, institutions, organizations and society as a whole. At the same time, successful socialization on the basis of formed social opportunities determines the stability of society itself and provides the necessary legacy for the development of society. The most important factor in the development of personal abilities is quality education and acquired experience. Competence education should "contribute to the formation of the individual as the main subject and creator of life".
