Abstract

The article describes the theoretical and practical aspects of the modern teacher's readiness for innovative professional activity. The structural and functional components, criteria and levels of the teacher's innovative activity model are characterized. The experience of Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuous Professional Education in the preparation of masters in the specialty 011 Educational, pedagogical sciences for innovative professional activity is presented.
