Abstract

The monograph presents an analysis of the phenomenon of post-traumatic growth. A number of contexts are covered – from the history of the discovery of post-traumatic human growth to the perspectives of its research on a societal scale. The results of research on post-traumatic growth during the coronavirus pandemic are given, recommendations are given for supporting growth in the workplace, and the principles of facilitating post-traumatic growth are substantiated. For scientists, teachers, students of psychological specialties, graduate students and everyone who is interested in the problems of contemporary psychology.
