Abstract

Creation and functioning of career counselling centers in institutions of vocational education is one of the priority directions of education development. The main task of the centers is to adapt the formed knowledge, skills and abilities of graduates of professional (professional-technical) education institutions to the demands of the labor market. State Vocational Educational Institution “Vinnytsia High Vocational School of Public Service” is actively involved in the creation of a career consulting center to support career development of educational applicants, which allows graduates to enter the labor market more confidently and work on building their own career growth trajectory.
