Abstract

The theses emphasize the importance of developing reliable methodological tools for forecasting competencies on the labor market in the future. The issue of the relationship between professional and transversal skills is relevant. The studies that analyze the following questions are quite promising: workplace learning in IVET curricula should be continuous and systematic; workplace must be combination of different learning environments; we need greater integration of general skills into workplace and workplace-related learning.
