Abstract

The relevance of the electronic course is determined by the need for pedagogical workers of ZP(PT)O to master a system-activity approach, the skills of implementing certain forms, methods, real situations that objectively developed or subjectively created to achieve the pedagogical goal - the introduction of innovative production technologies in the training of qualified workers. The program introduces listeners to: - the concept of innovative production technologies as a means of forming the readiness of future qualified workers for professional activity; - approaches to the creation of a structural and logical model of the use of innovative production technologies in the training of qualified workers; - approaches to the didactic design of the new content of training workers in the conditions of the challenges of the labor market; - a methodology for assessing the level of formation of the readiness of applicants for vocational training (PT)O to apply innovative production technologies in professional activities
