Abstract

Global digital transformations encourage the search for modern solutions and ways to implement the goals and objectives of the state information policy, the implementation of a system of measures for its implementation, both at the state and regional levels, as well as at the level of enterprises, organizations and institutions. The ability to transform depends to a large extent on the performance of the management, the compliance of the company's digital strategy with the general strategic course, the construction of an adequate road map of digital transformation and the formation of a team for further digital development. At the same time as digital shifts cover all major fields, leaders cannot keep pace, this actualizes the problem of introducing digital tools for the development of leadership competence and determining the most effective and adequate leadership characteristics for the current state.
