Abstract

The еlectronic training course (ETC) "Development of leadership competence of teaching staff" is included in the educational and professional training program for the category of trainees teaching staff in the field of knowledge 01 Education. The mastery of ETC lays the foundations for improving human resources management, professionalizing the activity of a pedagogical worker, sustainable development of leadership, and promoting the improvement of the effectiveness of the educational institution as a whole. The purpose of ETC is to systematize, deepen and update theoretical knowledge about the principles, types, tools of leadership and team building; promoting the development and improvement of the leadership potential of the pedagogical worker and substantiating the key tools for its implementation. The uniqueness of the program "Development of leadership competence of pedagogical staff" is that, based on the experience of improving the qualifications of pedagogical staff at the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Professional Education, studying the work of foreign and domestic researchers, the content was determined and an innovative model of leadership competence development was tested and successfully implemented in the educational process teaching staff (School of Professional Education Leaders). ETC consists of two content modules: Management and leadership in adult education. Group dynamics, team and team building. The course is designed for teaching for categories of students of advanced training courses: pedagogical staff for distance, face-to-face, correspondence forms of education. The study time budget is 8 hours, of which: lectures (2 hours), seminar class (4 hours), independent work (2 hours).
