Abstract

The author reveals the essence of such a severe speech disorder as alalia, its forms on the basis of scientific data in the special literature. The peculiarity of alalia is a set of certain specific signs, which at different stages of the child's development have a heterogeneous structure, nature and different dynamics of overcoming. Various approaches to the definition of educational difficulties in children with alalia and the creation of a strategy for the provision of educational services on this basis are presented, the peculiarities of correctional work are outlined depending on the form and manifestations of alalia in children with special educational needs.
