Abstract

Among the effective methods of teaching adults, which involve managing the group dynamics of the audience, is moderation. This method was developed in the 1960s and 1970s in the Federal Republic of Germany. Its use involved the subsequent and logical direction of the audience towards an obvious and pre-planned decision. the method evolved in accordance with these demands of society and the educational needs of the individual. In a modern interpretation, moderation is considered a method of interactive interaction of the subjects of the educational process, aimed at finding optimal ways to solve the problems based on discussed and collectively adopted decisions, taking into account possible participants.
