Abstract

When a mother has a child, she receives an additional resource. Before that, she had a resource exclusively for herself, to ensure her existence. And now there is an additional one - for taking care of the child. This resource, "issued" to the mother at the birth of the child, is designed for, say, 18 years. In the first year, the largest part of it is spent, and then the child begins to gradually separate, and less and less is needed from the mother. But often, instead of the support that a young mother so needs in the first years of a child's life, they receive accusations, morals, accusations that depression does not exist, that everyone can raise children with special educational needs. Such a mother begins to devote herself, give and invest in the child. Totally and completely forgetting about myself. What this leads to - moms who have gone through this path know very well: depression, untidy appearance, complete ignoring of their hobbies, reduction in the circle of friends and much more.
