Abstract

In the article, it is established that the normativelegal and scientific-methodological cores of the development and promotion of the state lighting policy of Ukraine in the field of education of children with special lighting needs in the context of the problems of children with impaired intellectual development. The main points of view of the basic terminology and the formation of life goals and a thorough system of values in education are discussed. The key legislative documents in the field of inclusive education, the principles of equality and accessibility have been identified. The development of the structure of inclusion in diachronic vision, as well as the impact of various factors on the development of a new model of the lighting institute in Ukraine, has been studied. The topical problems of lighting the gallery, which will require the resolution of the current water supply of international partners, the power of the hromada community, have been addressed. Revealed the relevance of the development of problems with the support of the negative stereotype by the support that insufficiently attaches respect to children with special needs. It has been confirmed that the current state policy in the field of education is directed towards ensuring that the skin giant has full access to the same education without discrimination for any signs on the basis of equal opportunities. At the article, the test of designating one’s own month in regulatory documents for one category of children with special lighting needs, and the children themselves with impaired intellectual development. The basis for the creation of lighting for children with special lighting needs in the context of modern pedagogical innovations and the provision of education for the education of modern primarymethodical literature and technical methods. It has been shown that the state policy may have a rich functional basis and the primary needs of children with special lighting needs through the mechanism of implementation of state subventions. In Ukraine, there are plans and objectives of the state policy to legislate the provision of state support to persons with special lighting needs, while in a smaller world, the special needs of children with impaired intellectual development are covered. The results of such a follow-up are important in the focus of public administration, the formulation and examination of institutional approaches in the implementation of state policy, and from a glance of the concept of the rule of law.
