Abstract
One of the components of the harmonious development of Ukrainian society is the system of artistic and aesthetic views produced by the cultural and educational center. It refers to members of the national elite who are endowed with qualities that allow them to see, appreciate and create the beautiful and eternal in the culture and art of the people during the period of its continuous development. A small part of society is endowed with the talent of evaluating and creating masterpieces of national culture and art. That is why one of the duties of public institutions is to search for such personalities and create an educational and cultural environment for them to ensure the process of continuous artistic and aesthetic development in certain creative directions.
