Abstract

The step-by-step creation of a scientific-methodological case "Set of competencies" as a means of professional development of pedagogical workers is substantiated. Emphasis is placed on the creation of intelligence maps of professional competencies (available and desired experience), the individual trajectory of the professional development of pedagogical workers (development of an individual professional development plan) and the implementation of the individual trajectory of professional development of pedagogical workers (independent improvement of their competencies in practice and reproducibility in various conditions).
