Abstract

The purpose of the article is to develop the theoretical and practical issues of the technology of auditory-speech corrective and developmental influence based on the national educational context. Research methods: analysis of literary sources, theoretical modeling, pedagogical experiment, quantitative and qualitative processing of experimental data. Based on the results of the analysis of the scientific literature, the content of the construct "hearing and speech skills of children with cochlear implants" was substantiated and it was determined that the hearing and speech development of children with cochlear implants is based on the gradual formation of auditory skills of identification (detection), differentiation (distinction), identification (recognition). and perception (reproduction) of acoustic signals that form a hierarchy, where each subsequent element is "superimposed" on the previously formed one. The formation of auditory skills provides a gradual increase in the weight of auditory a component in the perception, understanding and production of one's own speech and is the basis of the formation of speech, namely lexical, grammatical, phonetic skills; it is also related to the development of auditory attention, auditory-speech memory, analysis, synthesis, and phonemic processes. The technology of hearing-speech development of children with cochlear implants was developed, represented in the form of a model, and experimentally verified. Its components (target, conceptual and professional-competent) ensure the complexity of the corrective and developmental impact, taking into account the main factors and the state of hearing-speech development of children with cochlear implants. An interdisciplinary support team, which includes include doctors, maintenance specialists, teachers, parents. The directions for optimizing the conditions of hearing and speech development of children with cochlear implants have been determined: the organization of team interaction based on interdisciplinary principles; involvement of parents in corrective and developmental activities on a partnership basis; a combination of spontaneous and purposeful learning in the conditions of the family and the educational institution; narrow-profile professional training and professional development of teachers in working with children with cochlear implants.
