Abstract

Program for International Student Assessment, PISA, and the State Standard for Basic Secondary Education demonstrate the need to transition to learning sciences based on a competence-based approach. The formation of competence in the field of sciences, engineering and technology requires a specific organization of project activity, which is developed as a study of real situations to solve everyday problems based on the methodology of scientific research. Competence-oriented projects enhance the methodological approaches of the competence-oriented tasks of the PISA Assessment with the development of real-world situations in research and practice-oriented projects.
