Abstract
The theses consider the role of social partnership in increasing the effectiveness of the functioning of the state institute, especially in the field of professional (vocational and technical) education. The importance of the resources of the interaction of the state and the private sector in increasing the competitiveness of the regions has been studied. The main priorities and mechanisms for obtaining the benefits of modern ZP(PT)O as a result of the creation of a model of partnership relations with enterprises of the regional labor market (on the example of the activities of the industry cluster) are revealed.
