Abstract

The educational and methodological manual "Modern educational technologies in the professional training of qualified workers" is included in the structure of the comprehensive methodological support of the educational module 4 "Educational innovations in the professional activity of the teacher of vocational education" of the Department of Vocational Education Methodology and Social and Humanitarian Disciplines (MPO and SHD) of the Belotserki Institute of Continuous of professional education (BINPO). The purpose of developing this educational and methodological manual: formation, updating, deepening and systematization of knowledge, development and improvement of the skills of pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions in planning, organizing and implementing the educational process using modern educational technologies based on competence, integrated and technological approaches. The content of this educational and methodological guide reflects the modern trends of modernization of the domestic professional education system based on competence and technological approaches, contains information about the essence and goals of introducing modern educational practices into the educational process of vocational education institutions, methods of planning, organizing and conducting interactive classroom classes and extracurricular educational measures The main provisions of the content of this manual are both scientific-methodical and practically-oriented in nature and are intended to contribute to a clearer and more systematic presentation of the innovative educational activity of the teacher of professional education. The materials of this manual will be useful to teaching staff and managers of professional and advanced vocational education institutions, methodologists of educational and methodological centers of VET, students of advanced training courses held on the basis of the Belotserk Institute of Continuing Professional Education of the DZVO "UMO" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
