Abstract

The theses state that the problem of bullying in preschools, schools, and higher education institutions is relevant even if the state lays sufficient grounds. The problem of bullying at school and other educational institutions is not only a modern problem. The international experience of preventing and countering bullying in educational institutions using the example of Japan is also disclosed.
