Abstract

The article reveals the determinants of the formation of social orientations of student youth. It was determined that social orientations, as a component of social perceptions, are formed in the course of human life under the influence of various social environments in which a person functions, and in accordance with his own beliefs and aspirations. The peculiarities of determining the age limits for the category of student youth are emphasized. It is noted that the formation of social orientation is influenced by gender and regional aspects.
