Abstract

The monograph is aimed at explanation the results of research on the experience discursive constructing as a significant prerequisite for the formation of a mature personality, its successful self-realization in today's unpredictably changing world. The justification of the possibility of indicated problems consideration in the context of the psychological-hermeneutic post-non-classical approach is presented. The cultural prerequisites of the experience discursive constructing, the structural-processual and structural-semantic models of the personal experience constructing are characterized, as well as the connection of the personal experience discursive constructing and the corresponding interpretive processes with intellectual metacognitions and the world mental modeling is substantiated. The features of the experience discursive constructing at different age stages of human development (in elementary school, adolescence, youth, adulthood, and old age), as well as by teachers and Internet users, are considered. The monograph is addressed to university teachers, practical psychologists, psychology researchers, and teachers, students, heads of organizations, graduate students.
