Abstract

Key linguistic, sociolinguistic, and psycholinguistic factors influencing the formation of multilingual communicative competence and acquiring special importance for the didactics of multilingualism in the conditions of martial law are considered in the abstracts of the report. The problems of linguistic interaction and the establishment of new linguistic, interlinguistic and interlinguistic contacts for successful communication in new linguistic and cultural environments are analyzed, in particular, the ability to switch (switch) language codes from one language to another as one of the defining characteristics of multilingual communicative competence, the transfer of speech skills, the role of stress and other negative emotional states, which affect both the quality of life and, of course, inhibit both cognitive processes and linguistic behavior of an individual in the process of learning and implementing language-cultural interaction and establishing language contacts and intercultural communication.
