Abstract

The article considers the problem of self-identification of a gifted person. Criteria and non-criteria approaches to empirical research are distinguished. The author's method «Profile of the value consciousness of a gifted person» (Muzyka O.L., 2019) is offered. The theoretical model of one of the six subscales of the profile - the values of self-identity is described. Describes the essence and rules of value support - the author's method of psychological care, aimed at the value sphere of the individual. Reflective conversation is adapted to provide valuable support for the development of the gifted person's self-identity.
