Abstract

The article reveals the didactic principles of the formation of key competences as the ability to use knowledge to solve various practical situations, to find optimal solutions to life's problems. It has been proven that with the increase in the rate of development of digital technologies, the introduction of innovative solutions in all spheres of social life, there is a need to improve the quality of training of modern youth and the formation of information and communication (digital) competence in them, which is a dynamic combination of knowledge, abilities, skills, ways of thinking , views, other personal qualities in the field of information, communication and digital technologies, which determines a person's ability to successfully socialize, conduct educational activities using such technologies. It was established that the formation and development of digital skills and digital competences is carried out by acquiring digital education using information resources, new educational technologies and digital educational resources aimed at increasing the level of digital skills and digital competences.
