Abstract

The article highlights the results of the study on the establishment, implementation and development of computer-based learning environment based information systems, networks, resources and technologies built on the basis of information and communication technologies. Analyzed the need to create a personal resource as a resource for young students learning and interpersonal communication. Prospects of development of personalized network environment in vocational schools.
