Abstract

Odnoroh Halyna. Development of key competencies of future skilled sewing workers by means of interactive technologies. – Qualifying scientific work on the rights of the manuscript. The dissertation on competition of the degree of the doctor of philosophy on a specialty 015 "Professional education (on specializations)". – Institute of Vocational Education and Training of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2021. In the dissertation research the pedagogical conditions of purposeful development of key competences of future skilled workers of a sewing profile by means of interactive technologies are theoretically substantiated, developed and experimentally checked. It is established that the modern requirements of the labor market require future professionals who have not only professional competencies, but are also fully developed creative individuals, capable of self-development, result-oriented, able to work in a team, be responsible for their own activities, be mobile professionals, able to rapid adaptation to new conditions. Teachers-practitioners also recognize the importance of developing key competencies. However, there are many key competencies, and each of them has its own structure, which combines a number of personal abilities, the development of which, as practice shows, is very problematic for teachers of institutions VET (vocational education training), as it requires considerable time, special knowledge and skills. Therefore, it was found that the development of VET education outlined in the legislation of key competencies, despite the legal recognition of their importance, is de facto methodologically and organizationally a very complex process, lacking systematization, professional orientation and proper methodological software. This necessitates: separation from the content of key competencies of those abilities of future tailors and cutters, which, given the needs of the profession, are dominant (professionally relevant), i.e. the most important for their further employment in the garment industry; substantiation of interactive technologies that are convenient and effective for the development of certain abilities in institutions of professional (vocational) education; determination of pedagogical conditions favorable for the development of key competencies of future sewing specialists by means of interactive technologies. The essence of the concept of "professionally relevant abilities of key competencies of future tailors and cutters" is defined as dominant abilities of key competencies, most relevant to society's demands for professions "Tailor" and "Cutter", expressed in motives, values, knowledge, skills, ways of thinking and personal qualities of future tailors and cutters, necessary for their professional success, increase of competitiveness, formation of professional mobility and adaptation in the labor market of the garment industry. The list of professionally relevant abilities of key competencies of future tailors and cutters was determined on the basis of analysis of the content of key competencies provided by law and separation from each competence of those abilities that best meet the needs of "Tailor" and "Cutter" and are important for professional success in sewing. industry. Therefore, the concept of "key competencies of future skilled workers in the sewing profile" is proposed to be understood as a dynamic set of professionally relevant abilities of future tailors and cutters. This greatly facilitates the process of developing key competencies in the educational institution and provides its professional orientation. The structure of key competencies of future skilled sewing workers includes interrelated components: value-motivational (the ability to define and set goals for professional development and career development in the sewing industry, motivate yourself to professional success and develop resilience and confidence in overcoming the difficulties of sewing; the ability to understand the ecological foundations of nature in the garment industry; the ability to understand the unity of professional values of tailors and cutters with universal and social values; the ability to express their ideas and feelings in the design and manufacture of clothing), cognitive performance (the ability to communicate effectively with management, customers and colleagues in terms of garment production; the ability to apply mathematical knowledge and methods for cost-effective calculations of material costs, rational layout of patterns, calculations and construction of scans of garments, etc.; the ability to confidently, criticaly and responsibly use digital technologies when searching for professional information on low-operational methods of processing parts and components, the latest equipment for garment production, creating a professional portfolio in social networks; the ability to show tolerance; the ability to work constructively with partners and customers of clothing, to overcome stress and act in conflict situations related to the professional activities of tailors and cutters; the ability to work in a team for the design and manufacture of clothing) and personal-reflexive (responsibility for the consequences of their own professional activities related to the impact of the quality of garments and the process of their manufacture on the emotional state of the customer, his self-esteem and image; self-development of personality traits and qualities necessary for professional success; the ability to manage their own lives and careers in the garment industry). The pedagogical conditions for the development of key competencies of future skilled sewing workers by means of interactive technologies have been determined, substantiated and experimentally tested. The first pedagogical condition is to create a favorable educational environment in the educational institution for the development of students' key competencies by means of interactive technologies provided by updating the material and technical base (information, technical, software, equipment, organization of space in classrooms), creating a favorable psychological atmosphere in the classroom during classes, updating the content of professional training of tailors and cutters, taking into account the tasks of developing professionally relevant abilities of key competencies in them. The second pedagogical condition - to increase the professional skills of teachers in the use of interactive technologies to develop key competencies of future skilled workers - is realized through the organization of self-education of teachers and masters of industrial training and their participation in a series of workshops, trainings, organized methodical offices of vocational VET institutions and methodical centers. The third pedagogical condition - to develop a methodology for the development of key competencies of future skilled workers in the field of interactive technologies - involves coordinated targeted activities of teachers in the training of future tailors and cutters, which should be implemented on the basis of a clear algorithm of pedagogical activities, educational environment, polylogue of students among themselves and with the teacher, modeling of real life and professional situations, joint problem solving and application of professional role-playing games. A model of development of key competencies of future skilled sewing workers by means of interactive technologies is designed, which is a generalized analogue of a complex process, reproduced in a simplified form with the definition of structural and functional connections of research objects. The developed model consists of four blocks: target (purpose, principles and approaches), semantic (structure and content of key competencies of future tailors and cutters), technological (stages, forms, methods, means, technologies) and result (criteria, indicators, levels), which are interconnected with each other and with pedagogical conditions and provide the result - the development of key competencies of future skilled workers in the sewing profile. Diagnostic tools for assessing the level of professionally relevant abilities of key competencies of future tailors and cutters have been improved, in particular, the following criteria and indicators have been identified: value-motivational (manifestation of motives for educational and professional activities; formation of personal, social and professional values), cognitive-activity knowledge of the mechanisms of self-knowledge, awareness of their own personality traits, knowledge of ways of personal development, activity in educational and extracurricular activities), personally reflexive (ability to self-control and self-analysis). The method of development of key competencies of future skilled workers of a sewing profile by means of interactive technologies is developed and provides four basic aspects: motivational, cognitive, activity, reflexive. The effectiveness of professionally relevant skills of key competencies of future skilled workers in the sewing profile is ensured by the integrated use of professionally adapted interactive forms (interactive lectures, training sessions, virtual and real tours to garment companies, visits to exhibitions of light and garment industry, design shows, participation in professional competitions), interactive methods (work in small groups and pairs, brainstorming, situation analysis, game methods, methods of discussions and debates) and teaching aids (tests, task cards, cases, interactive tutorials, technical means, e-learning resources, multimedia, etc.). The motivational aspect is aimed at: forming in students a positive motivation for professional success in the garment industry through the communication of reasoned information about the ability of key competencies to increase the effectiveness of professional activities; diversification of forms of classroom work (conversations, interactive lectures, discussions, creative groups, mini-projects, business games, etc.) and extracurricular activities (video lectures on stories of career and entrepreneurial success in the garment industry; meetings with successful graduates and managers of garment industries; excursions to modern garment enterprises; exhibitions of the garment industry). The cognitive aspect involves the acquisition by students of theoretical knowledge about the properties of their own personality, ways of self-development and self-improvement. As part of the optional course "Soft Skills of the XXI Century", students were diagnosed with their own personality traits, which helped to identify their weaknesses and strengths, create a psychological portrait, model a strategy for self-development as a successful specialist in the garment industry. The activity aspect of the methodology is characterized by the use of technologies of self-development and self-improvement through training in an optional course (for the development of critical and creative thinking, teamwork, communication skills, problem solving skills, etc.) and the use of interactive learning technologies, development of professional and key competencies of future skilled sewing workers. The reflexive aspect presupposes that students have the ability to assess the level of development of their own professionally relevant abilities of key competencies, the ability to analyze and control their own activities, find cause-and-effect relationships, draw conclusions, build a trajectory of self-development. The practical significance of the results lies in what is created and implemented in the educational process of vocational education institutions sewing training: guidelines "Development of key competencies of future skilled workers in the field of interactive technologies", author's optional special course "Soft skills of the XXI century". The theoretical and methodical developments offered in the dissertation research can be used by teachers, methodologists, psychologists and social pedagogues in the educational process of VET institutions, work of career centers, system of advanced training of pedagogical workers, in the process of scientific-methodical and innovative educational activities.
