Abstract

The training manual highlights the content and features of psychological trainings of managers and staff of educational organizations (based on the technological approach proposed by the author). The manual analyzes the content of the technological approach for to educators' psychological training, the essence, types, structure, and stages of development and application of psychological and organizational technologies. The author gives a detailed description of the technological approach interactive techniques, which can be divided into two groups: organizational-directive and content-meaningful, as well as discusses trainees' individual diagnostic and analytical home assignments. The author also considers the content, design and basic interactive techniques of psychological trainings in educational organization change management and development, as well as analyzes some aspects of psychological training in educational organization social tension management at different levels (organizational, staff-organization interaction, and personal). The training manual is intended for educational organization managers, staff and psychologists, post-graduate education teachers, as well as all those interested in psychological training development and application.
