Abstract

The author noted in the monograph that the system of teaching and education of children with developmental disorders has certain peculiarities, that is why all teachers, in order to successfully perform their duties, have to acquire new professional competences. The essence and the list of competences (integral, general, and phases) specified by the state standard of higher education for the specialty 016 "Specialized Education" of the knowledge field 01 "Education/Pedagogy" for the second (master) level of higher education are outlined. The steps of formation of diagnostic and predictive competence of the future teacher of a special school were revealed. It was found that mobility of educational process participants is an important condition for learning innovative pedagogical experience.
