Abstract

The author reveals the basic aspects of effective professional development provision of teacher in the light of of the conceptual positions of pedagogy of goodness of academician Ivan Zyazyun. Actually categories of pedagogy of goodness, ethics and esthetics of teaching excellence, beauty of pedagogical action were entrusted to Ivan Zyazyun in the basis of grounding of axiological, ethical, aesthetic, cultural and psychological-pedagogical foundations for the development, self-development, continuous professional development, self-improvement and self-identity of the teacher.
