Abstract

The need to reform the education system of Ukraine, its improvement and refinement of quality is the most important socio-cultural problem, which is largely determined by the processes of globalization, integration and internationalization. The article is meant to represent a retrospective analysis of the development and impact of decentralization on efficiency and quality of public goods and services, including in the field of higher education.
