Abstract

The monograph presents theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of professional training of medical representatives of pharmaceutical companies in the Federal Republic of Germany. The results of the historical and pedagogical analysis are highlighted and the normative and legal bases of providing professional training of medical representatives in the Federal Republic of Germany are presented. The didactic principles of the organization of professional training of the representatives of this numerous social group in the German society are revealed. Modern forms of professional training of medical representatives in domestic pharmaceutical companies are generalized and recommendations for the use of progressive ideas of professional training of medical representatives in the Federal Republic of Germany are formulated in Ukraine. The monograph is intended for teachers of higher medical education, professional higher and postgraduate education, masters, graduate and doctoral students, heads of pharmaceutical companies.
