Abstract

The practical guide presents developments that reveal the destructive and constructive contexts of group phenomenology. Psychological consequences of negative social phenomena are seen as human perceptions of complex social situations caused by historical collective trauma, war, propaganda, forced migration of migrants, economic crisis and globalization, school conflicts. A wide range of group resources for overcoming difficult social situations is offered: group discussion, sociodrama, technology of symbolizing the traumatic experience of group members, methods of action, group narratives, means of facilitating healthy relationships in a small group, constructive interaction strategies. Addressed to teachers of psychological disciplines of higher education institutions, scientists and students, psychologists of general secondary and higher education institutions, postgraduate pedagogical education and other psychological services, members of professional psychological associations and volunteer organizations.
