Abstract

The theses consider the issue of introducing the concept of distributed leadership into the activities of the VET. Varieties of distributed leadership are studied: spontaneous cooperation; formation of intuitive working relationships; institutionalized practice. Another typology of distributed leadership is: formal distribution; pragmatic distribution; strategic distribution; gradual distribution; opportunistic distribution. Several dimensions of distributed leadership are relevant and effective: a shared vision of the organization's mission and goals; introduction and dissemination of leadership practices; systematic training of teachers; creation of a positive and effective common culture; forming the practice of making joint decisions.
