Abstract

The working curriculum is aimed at highlighting the strategic guidelines for professional development of pedagogical (scientific and pedagogical) employees of educational institutions, analysis of legal and analytical materials that determine the main directions of their activities in the European and national educational space; determination of factors influencing the transformation of the traditional system of professional development of pedagogical (scientific-pedagogical) workers into a conceptual model of new education.
