Abstract

The rapid development of informatization of society and adaptation to the new information environment of human civilization, which radically changes almost all aspects of public life, makes it necessary to introduce innovations in education, its digital transformation, and the use of modern information technologies. In the context of informatization, the main goal in education remains the comprehensive development of the individual, their talents, intellectual and creative abilities, and the formation of values necessary for successful self-realization. The activities of institutions of general secondary education should be aimed at forming a personality adapted to life in the information society, with all its opportunities, threats, challenges and risks. It is established that individualization of learning is a psychological and pedagogical approach that organizes the educational process in accordance with the individual characteristics of the development of each child's life. It is proved that modern children are children of multimedia technologies, which are distinguished, first of all, by the maximum proximity to information. This means that the introduction of information technologies in the educational industry should move from one-time projects to a systematic process that covers all types of educational activities. General secondary education should be considered not only as an environment for obtaining educational information, but also as an environment for intellectual, spiritual, physical and cultural development of the individual, their successful socialization. It is revealed that individualization of education in institutions of general secondary education is an effective mechanism for the formation of key competencies that characterize the direction of reflection formation, determining one's own position. It is found out that modern aspects of individualization of training in institutions of general secondary education in the conditions of informatization are revealed through the directions that are associated with the end-to-end application of information technologies in the educational process, the new content of education based on the formation of competencies, the design of the information and educational environment, the development of pedagogy-partnership and will contribute to the versatile development of the individual, the desire for self-improvement, learning throughout life, conscious life choice, self-realization.
