Abstract

The results of the analytical review of the problem of production, preservation and retransmission of information resources created within the network of educational libraries, in particular, libraries of higher pedagogical education and providing free access to them, which is the main condition for expanding scientific information channels and establishing international collaboration. researchers. The stages of formation of open science since the announcement of the Budapest Open Space Initiative, supported by various strategies, practices, platforms and applications, are considered. It is established that the model of open access is formed through the prism of creating open platforms of scientific journals, institutional repositories. It is noted that the concepts and practices of open science are formed in the scientific and information space in the form of open data, the development of research infrastructures. The principles of FAIR open science are highlighted and outlined: Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, Reusability and relevant metrics that meet each of these principles. The focus is on the methods of open science, the development of research e-infrastructures. The main international and domestic practices and projects in the field of open science are considered, in particular, the most significant in terms of the problem of publication of domestic and foreign researchers are highlighted. It was stated that the thematic range of publications has significant differences in content due to the relevance of researchers, institutions and countries represented by researchers. In general, these differences can be articulated as follows: domestic intelligence is characterized by the following features - disclosure of the typical composition of resources contributed to institutional repositories, software features and detection of international projects, systems - relaying the process of creating alternative indicators and metrics. It should be noted that the topic of foreign research is aimed at establishing relationships between the management of repositories and the development of society in line with the social significance of institutional repositories.
