Abstract
The collection contains materials from the First International Scientific and Practical Web-Forum, which was held on 26–28.03.2019 along with joint activities of the co-founders of the event of the Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy (Rector Olena Kovalenko) and the National Center «Juonior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine» under the auspices of UNESCO (President of the Juonior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine – Stanislav Dovgyi, Director of the Center – Oksen Lisovyi) and according to official representations of co-organizers – domestic and foreign educational institutions, scientific institutions and powers authorities include innovative partners such as the Pomorskaya Academy in Slupsk (Rector Roman Drozd, Poland), Gori State Pedagogical University (Rector Alexander Mgzhebrishvili, Georgia), the Department of Education and Science of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration (Director Larisa Karpova, Ukraine), Dnipropetrovsk University of Internal Affairs (Rector Andrei Fomenko., Ukraine), DTI University (Rector Tomash Lengelfaussi, Slovakia), Flight Academy of the National Aviation University (Head Arthur Dresnal, Ukraine), National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine (Rector Olexander Velichko, Ukraine), National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Auditing (Rector Olexander Osaulenko, Ukraine), Institute of Teacher Education and Adult Education named after Ivan Zyyun of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine (Director Larisa Lukyanova, Ukraine ), Public Organization «School of Adaptive Management of Social and Pedagogical Systems» (Chaired by Halyna Yelnikova, Ukraine), State Scientific Institution «Institute of Modernization of Educational Content» (Acting Yury Zavalevsky, Ukraine), Scientific and Methodological Center for Vocational Education in the Kharkiv Region (Director Tatyana Ruslanova, Ukraine), Tinzin University of Technology and Education (Rector Liu Xin, China), Tiraspol State University (Rector Eduard Koropchanu, Republic of Moldova) and others that carry out their activities in the vector of development of a single open information space of education and in the priority of activities are guided by a strategy of constant and advanced development tions of their teams, focus on the future, in particular on the identification, creation and development of intellectual and labor potential of the states. An important emphasis in organizing the publication of these materials is made on the articles, which highlight a certain experience in the practical implementation of ideas, achievements, results of scientific and pedagogical research, experimental experiments and applied implementations of the authors. This underlines the relevance of the development of this kind of scientific literature. Forum materials are intended for researchers, doctoral students, graduate students, undergraduates, teachers and students of higher education institutions, teachers and heads of institutions of the vocational education system and educational departments of enterprises, as well as employers, managers, legislators and politicians, all those who are interested in improving quality training the younger generation in the timely identification of the qualities of giftedness among representatives of young students. Authors of theses reports of this collection are responsible for the accuracy and originality of the content, factual and authentic quotations, ergonomics and relevance of the presentation of thoughts on the subject of their own publications.
