Abstract

The phenomenon of pedagogical design as a special field of activity in non-formal adult education is considered. The main functions, stages, components of pedagogical design are outlined. Psychological and pedagogical aspects of non-formal adult education are studied. A number of essential features and peculiarities of non-formal education as a specific activity are highlighted. Taking into account the peculiarities of the organization of the educational process in the system of non-formal adult education, a number of learning principles are identified, which should be used in the process of pedagogical design of the educational process in the system of non-formal adult education. The use of pedagogical technologies as a tool for the implementation of pedagogical design in non-formal adult education is considered.
