Abstract

The article considers the problem of forming a socially successful personality of a pupil by means of «case-study» technology in partnership with a general secondary education institution and NGOs. The objectives of this research are to summarize data concerning the essence of technology «case-study», its pedagogical potential and features of application in the educational process of general secondary education, as well as highlighting the experience of implementing this technology in the practice of socially successful pupil personality. The article emphasizes the expediency of social partnership of general secondary education institutions with NGOs in the formation of socially successful pupil personality and the effectiveness of «case-study» technology in working with pupils. The author identifies the case as the basis of «case-study» technology, outlines the features of «quality case» and its structure, as well as emphasizes the importance of using cases in the educational practice of general secondary education, in particular, in creating a democratic educational environment, progressive thinking of participants in the educational process, increasing the motivation of pupils and teachers to be successful. The proposed research highlights the features of social partnership in the formation of socially successful personality of general secondary education institutions and NGOs taking into consideration the long quarantine restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the transfer of education in educational institutions in online format. The research notes various online events conducted with the participation of activists of NGOs for teachers and psychologists and for pupils in order to improve the efficiency of «case-study» technology in educational institutions. The author pays special attention to the development of the case protocol during the introduction of «case-study» technology in the practice of forming a socially successful pupil personality and the step-by-step algorithm of pupils’ work on the case, as well as examples of successful use of cases in the practice of forming socially successful pupil personality and following introduction of «case-study» technology.
