Abstract

Today's tasks for scientists to integrate into the world scientific space require new approaches to disseminating and promoting the results of scientific and pedagogical research, as well as modern tools to assess their effectiveness. The paper considers the issue of automation of the process of accounting for the results of scientific activities of certain researchers and scientific organizations in general. On the example of the automated information-analytical system RA-system the description of current functional possibilities and tasks of this system of the account of indicators of efficiency of research activity is presented. It is noted that taking into account the tasks set before research organizations, the need for application, expansion and improvement of modern automated systems that collect performance indicators of research institutions and staff is becoming increasingly important. Thus, the automated information-analytical system RA-system is designed to collect and store scientific and scientometric information on the activities of researchers and departments of scientific organizations, helps to optimize the collection of source data, their analysis, and minimize labor costs.
