Abstract

The article emphasizes that reforming modern education in Ukraine in the context of the concept of the New Ukrainian School gives hope for the introduction of focused, systematic, accessible and effective career guidance that integrates past and present achievements, helps students make informed career choices and manage their careers. According to the authors, this is possible with the renewal of scientific and methodological approaches to career guidance in education, gradually starting from primary school and improving the content at all stages with a focus on building a holistic system of career values of students.
