Abstract

The current moment of transformation of the national education system is determined by a number of contradictions, the solution of which requires an adequate response from both the political leadership of Ukraine and educators. In this context, the development of leadership qualities of specialists at different stages of their educational and professional trajectory is considered important. Particularly relevant skills Leadership of pedagogical workers is acquired as a necessary condition for achieving the quality of educational organizations in the changing conditions of today, the balance between flexibility and stability, creativity and efficiency, etc.
