Abstract

The urgency of the development of leadership competence of pedagogical workers of vocational (technical) education institutions in the context of modernization of the educational environment is noted. The essence of the teacher's leadership competence and the levels of its formation are revealed. The content and structure of the model of development of leadership competence of pedagogical workers of vocational education in the system of professional development are determined. The experience of the School of Leaders of Vocational Education of the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Vocational Education as an innovative model for the development of leadership competence of educators is presented. The directions of practical realization of competences development and their certain components are determined. The research was performed within the research "Improvement of modern models professional development of teachers of vocational education in the conditions of sustainable development "(0121U108611, 2021).
