Abstract

In the article, the author reveals the modern tendencies in designing the educational and informational technology of future environment applying which it is possible to improve the quality of education and development of gifted and talented children. In addition, it is considered the requirement of creating the optimal material, psychological, pedagogical, sanitary, hygienic, organizational conditions, and factors for individual development of each child. All above-mentioned is supported by implementing the different variants of working modes of different types of educational institutions in educational practice. The formation of a new educational ideology should be closely linked with the education of new, creative thinking aimed at building theoretical and methodological foundations of the new philosophy of education, focusing on the unity of humanistic goal and means of achieving it, innovative processes in pedagogical theory and educational practice and for a comparative analysis of world trends in the development of educational systems. The main purpose of designing the educational and information environment of the future should be the education of a healthy, harmonious, and well-developed personality. The novelty of this idea is that the main task is to form a responsible, socially active, creative thinking and working personality by creating an original system of continuing education from birth to its entry into independent life. Scientists and teachers-practitioners have a task to develop and test the initial principles and regime of the most favourable development of natural inclinations, interests and inclinations of students, as well as to reach a qualitatively new level of educational environment, which requires modernity.
