Abstract
It is argued that the school library by forms and methods of activity implements the principle of equal access to complete general secondary education for its users.It is concluded that the combination of established practice of information needs with the possibilities of new information technologies, enrichment of traditional library services to users of electronic products and services is one of the important ways to implement the mission of the school library.
